Introduction

The triggering of alerts is controlled by the setting of alert thresholds on each service. The defined values ​​are preconfigured by the BLESK team in order to save you time and facilitate your experience of using the solution. However, it may happen that you have to modify and adjust the predefined thresholds to better meet your needs and personal environment.

We will see how to do this on the service models used by BLESK to monitor your equipment. The example that we are going to show you will be done on the service model called “Port-Interface-Statistics” but the logic is the same for all the other existing services.
